Getting Started

Month 1

  • Goal setting and individual health and lifestyle assessments including a comprehensive blood test. Establish your starting point because everyone is different.
  • Movement screen, to discover your level of fitness and any injuries that need to be managed..
  • Together we identify your goals and barriers to achieving them.
  • Design a personalised plan that works for you and your lifestyle. We tailor these to your dietary, lifestyle and physical needs. 

Creating Change

Month 2-5

  • You’ll be feeling stronger and more confident. Your sleep quality will improve and in turn you’ll feel energised, refreshed and experience mental clarity.
  • Through coaching and tracked data, you’ll feel motivated and be able to see and feel the difference every week.
  • Increase the intensity of your training to a degree you can handle, but that continues to challenge you. Introduce new programmes every 4-6 weeks to keep your training challenging and new.
  • Celebrate your continual achievements. Every win counts – not just the end goal.

  • Habits ingrained over six months have a high probability of long-term success. This is when the tipping point arrives where your habits can change forever.
  • By now you will love your training. You will be stronger, fitter and more comfortable in the gym.
  • Your sleep, focus, work-performance and stress will have improved. You’re using that extra energy for something you love, whether it’s time with the family, entering a triathlon or a much needed holiday.
  • Body and health transformation. This may not have been your goal, but it’s a welcome bonus. You’ll experience weight loss, muscle gain and your health markers will continue to significantly improve to your dietary, lifestyle and physical needs. We show and tell – meaning you’ll learn the tactics to keep up these habits for life.
